Be a driving force in building Lonza’s SAP Access Management Center of Excellence!In this pivotal role, you will contribute to the design and implementation of best-in-class access concept to ensure secure, compliant, and efficient access to Lonza’s SAP environment —bringing your expertise to a global stage and helping shape our digital future.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert in user provisioning, role maintenance, segregation of duties (SoD), and risk management.
- Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for advanced access issues and service requests across multiple SAP systems (e.g., ECC, S/4HANA, Fiori, GRC or equivalent experience).
- Collaborate with the CoE Lead to refine and standardize access governance processes and controls.
- Guide and support junior team members (Specialists) in daily operations, ticket handling, and customer interactions.
- Work with IT counterparts to improve configurations and workflows within GRC Access Control (e.g., ARA, ARM, BRM).
- Conduct in-depth role reviews, SoD analysis, remediation, and redesign activities.
- Document effective processes, technical procedures, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Support audits and compliance reviews by preparing access logs, evidence, and reports.
- Propose and implement automation opportunities and process efficiency improvements in access management.
- Collaborate with multi-functional IT teams, internal audit, and business units to ensure secure and compliant role and access provisioning.
- Proficient experience in SAP security, authorizations, or access management.
- Proficient in SAP user/role administration and GRC Access Control modules.
- Experience with SoD analysis and remediation strategies.
- Advanced English level (written and spoken) with strong communication skills across technical and business audiences.
- Hands-on experience with SAP GRC, Fiori, S/4HANA, or Identity Management (IDM) tools is preferred.
- Knowledge of audit frameworks such and ITIL Foundation or SAP Security certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Technology Associate – Authorization and Auditing) are a plus
