Job Summary

The Sales, Support and Services (S3) Academy is a 2-year global development program for Early-In Career talent who aspire to become the next generation of NetApp Leaders, Sales Professionals and Technical Pioneers. The S3 Academy focuses on helping top talent reach their full potential by providing an initial 90-day training program. The training immerses participants in the software, systems and cloud technologies that are helping shape the world today and tomorrow. We invest heavily in new talent. During the first 3 months of the Graduate Program, you'll be travelling to Raleigh RTP (US). After the training you'll be back to your home country.

As a Junior Cloud Solution Architect at NetApp, you will be an integral part of our public cloud services team, focusing on FSx for NetApp within the EMEA region. This role is tailored for a recent graduate or an individual with 0-1 year of experience who is passionate about technology, particularly cloud services. You will have the opportunity to learn, grow, and contribute to our success by collaborating with AWS to deliver innovative solutions to our customers. This role offers a unique opportunity for a tech enthusiast with a thirst for knowledge to kickstart their career in cloud architecture and contribute to the success of NetApp's public cloud services team in the EMEA region.

Essential Functions

  • Collaborate with the team to identify workloads, architect solutions, conduct demos, run proof-of-concepts, and onboard customers
  • Engage with AWS to provide technical expertise on NetApp ONTAP and NetApp services within the AWS ecosystem
  • Participate in evangelism activities to promote the benefits of our technology within AWS, NetApp, and to potential customers
  • Work closely with colleagues across the EMEA region to drive business growth and customer satisfaction

Job Requirements

  • Strong interest in technology, specifically cloud services
  • Open-minded with a willingness to learn and grow
  • Excellent interpersonal and conversational skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Prior experience or knowledge in cloud concepts is a plus
  • Be able to travel to the United States for the 3-month initial training

Education

Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field, or equivalent experience
