Job Purpose
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Clinical Trainer to deliver our clinical training programmes within Komplex Group. This role plays a key part in developing the clinical competence and confidence of our staff across a range of healthcare and social care settings. You will ensure all clinical practices reflect current best practice, regulatory standards, and the organisation’s commitment to safe, person-centred care
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Training Delivery:
– Infection prevention and control
– Clinical risk assessment and management
– Catheter and stoma care
– Wound care and pressure ulcer prevention
– Nutrition, hydration, and PEG feeding
– High dependency clinical care
**Qualifications & Registration:**
Demonstrated experience in delivering clinical or healthcare training.

Key Responsibilities
Clinical Training Delivery:
- Deliver engaging and evidence-based clinical training to multidisciplinary teams, including nurses, healthcare assistants, and support workers.
- Facilitate sessions on key clinical topics such as:
– Infection prevention and control
– Clinical risk assessment and management
– Catheter and stoma care
– Wound care and pressure ulcer prevention
– Nutrition, hydration, and PEG feeding
– High dependency clinical care
- Tailor training content and delivery to meet the learning needs of different professional groups.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through observation, competency assessments, and feedback.
- Continuously review and update training materials in line with best practice, NICE guidelines, and CQC standards.
- Provide post-training coaching and clinical supervision to support application of learning in practice.
- Collaborate with clinical leads and operational teams to ensure training supports organisational goals and compliance requirements.
- Participate in audits, quality reviews, and governance meetings where relevant.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of training delivery, attendance, and competencies achieved.
**Qualifications & Registration:**
- Registered Nurse (Adult, Mental Health, or Learning Disability) or equivalent healthcare qualification.
Demonstrated experience in delivering clinical or healthcare training.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Experience working with complex care, mental health, or learning disability services.
- Knowledge of e-learning platforms and blended learning approaches.
- Experience supporting clinical competency frameworks or mentorship programmes.
