- Prioritise own work schedule, to ensure an efficient and timely output within all areas of responsibility.
- Collating and recording national self-assessments as directed by the Clinical Audit Facilitators.
- Collate and record local audit reports and presentations received and issue certificate as directed by the Clinical Audit Team.
- Support the maintenance of the audit generic email account, prioritising and forwarding to the relevant Clinical Audit Facilitator for action.
- Support the organisation and distribution of documents for meeting as required
- Requesting and distribution of patient notes as required.
- To assist with the collating and analysing of data under the supervision of the Clinical audit Facilitators.
- General support needed in relation to, administration and IT support, that is appropriate to role and essential to the day to day running of the department
