Responsibilities

This role is focused on delivering exceptional experiences for Elite clients, with the goal of retaining and expanding our high-value customer base across EMEA. Attention to detail is essential, ensuring every touchpoint in the client journey is flawlessly executed. Reporting to the Client Experience & Development Manager, the position is instrumental in executing the Elite program—spanning events, experiences, and strategic initiatives. You will also work closely with the Client Development Associate to support client growth through seasonal gifting and retail empowerment initiatives. The ideal candidate will be proactive, bringing forward innovative ideas, conducting competitor research, and continuously enhancing our service proposition.

Client Engagement & Experience

  • Work in partnership with the Senior Associate to build out the Elite experience program to accelerate trade ups, acquire new HNW clients and retain existing, whilst having Performance front of mind.
  • Deliver seamless execution of the Elite experience program to retain and nurture our top tier VICs, including Ralph Lauren Lifestyle moments, bespoke experiences and in-store activations.
  • In partnership with the Senior Associate, create all Client Engagement roadmaps, requirements, and key objectives.
  • Create and deliver detailed and engaging guidelines, training tools, ensuring seamless execution of all projects, whilst managing budgets accordingly.

CLIENT GIFTING & TREATMENTS

  • Collaborate closely with the Senior Associate to develop and enhance the Elite Experience Program, with a focus on driving client trade-ups, acquiring new high-net-worth individuals, and retaining our most valuable clients—always with performance as a priority.
  • Ensure flawless execution of the Elite Experience Program, delivering exceptional moments for our top-tier VICs through Ralph Lauren lifestyle experiences, tailored engagements, and immersive in-store activations.
  • Jointly own the creation of comprehensive Client Engagement roadmaps, outlining key objectives, deliverables, and strategic requirements.
  • Design and implement detailed, engaging guidelines and training materials to support the seamless rollout of all initiatives, while maintaining budget oversight and operational efficiency.

TEAM ORGANISATION & MANAGEMENT

  • Prepare and compile reports to communicate the outcomes and insights of Clienteling initiatives.
  • Develop visually engaging presentations to showcase project updates and results to key stakeholders across the business.
  • Provide support in coordinating travel arrangements and managing logistics for events and client experiences.
  • Oversee budget tracking, manage vendor relationships, and ensure adherence to accounting processes for all relevant projects.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

  • Proven experience in Clienteling, ideally within a client engagement role in a luxury retail environment
  • Deep understanding of high-end service standards and the luxury customer experience
  • Proactive and self-motivated, consistently demonstrating initiative and a strong work ethic
  • Highly organized with a methodical and structured approach to tasks
  • Creative thinker with a track record of contributing fresh, innovative ideas
  • Detail-oriented and able to perform effectively under pressure, meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced setting
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
