Client Services Coordinator - Occupational Health x20 hours per week
An opportunity for a Client Services Coordinator has arisen for PAM OH Solutions Ltd. Mandarin Court, Warrington
Part time x20 hours per week, salary pro rata
Key Accountabilities And Responsibilities
Providing the highest level of service to our internal and external clients
Booking of referrals from clients working within KPI
Management of incoming emails from both internal teams and external clients
Resourcing planning and monitoring of clinician diaries
Support as required to our clinic team
Support to clinical team
Skills, Experience & Qualifications
The ideal candidate, will have previous experience in admin systems and data handling preferably in Occupational Health settings. Administrative duties, system admin, client contact, completing trackers and producing data reports.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills with proven customer service experience within a business to business sector. Will have a resourceful, strong motivational ability and a commitment to service delivery excellence. Ensure that all communications are managed effectively through the business to ensure on time, on budget and a quality service to our clients.
