This Witham-based role may also include client visits, event participation, and occasional support across other areas of the business.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and nurture strong client relationships
- Manage your job portfolio with a focus on accuracy and timeliness
- Coordinate electronic reports, certificates, and invoicing
- Interpret technical reports and communicate results clearly
- Maintain and update client databases and progress systems
- Contribute to credit control and timely payments
- Champion internal training and knowledge sharing
- Solve complex queries with creativity and logic
- Collaborate with other departments (Sales, Lab, Finance, Legal)
- Participate in meetings, projects, and process improvements
- Represent the business at client meetings and industry events
- Adhere to quality, legal, safety and environmental standards
- Support core business operations as needed
- A-level education (or equivalent qualification/experience)
- Proven attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
- Comfortable working independently and making informed decisions
- Valid passport and full driving license
