Körber Supply Chain UK are looking for a Client Services Analyst working from our Ellesmere Port office.
Working closely with Jenine and our growing team for the first three months, we would love you to join us in the office Monday - Friday whilst you undertake training. Following successful completion of your training you will take on a hybrid role with Tues/Thurs/plus 1 more day in the office that works for you!
We are searching for a Client Services Analyst to join our expanding Transportation Client Services team. You will be the first point of contact for our clients’ questions and requests, providing appropriate and timely responses.
As Client Service associate you are responsible for client satisfaction and retention. It’s your job to assist clients, resolve issues and implement changes that can strengthen the company’s relationship with its clients and deliver reporting and analysis to a high standard.
This role is filled with opportunities to develop personally alongside potential movement and progression within the company.

Responsibilities
- Answer client inquiries regarding transportation services
- Support questions about MyShipInfo reporting and visibility solutions
- Assist clients and carriers to troubleshoot invoice processing and payment issues
- Analyse data sets and collaborate with clients to help them make the analytical findings executable
- Create and deliver business reviews that provide clients with transportation spend analysis, & identify savings opportunities
- Deliver weekly customer financial reporting to customers
- Deliver month-end/accrual financial reporting to customers
- Understand customer needs and communicate those needs internally to enhance Körber’s software products, marketing collateral and sales processes
- Drive continuous improvement of proprietary business tools through collaboration with the development team
- Collaborate with implementation, Freight Audit, Parcel Audit, Carrier Services, and Solutions Analyst teams to deliver client solutions.
- Leverage Körber’s business intelligence (BI) and reporting solutions to provide shippers with analysis that helps optimize their transportation operations and networks
- Ability to prioritize tasks and self-manage
- A natural problem solver with strong interpersonal skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency
