What You’ll Do
We are currently recruiting a number of Client Sales Executives (CSE) to play a crucial role in retaining and expanding Vodafone UK's market share.
Typically, the CSE role has an account base of 120 accounts. The role is centred on account management of the Vodafone Business customer base alongside identifying new revenue opportunities within the base.
As a CSE, you will manage Inbound and Outbound customer calls to build and retain customer business with Vodafone.
You will be central in achieving a step change in delivering continued growth for Vodafone and will be working effectively and efficiently to manage business customer’s queries alongside identifying opportunities to grow the customer base value through cross sell and upsell propositions, leveraging Vodafone's leading Business portfolio—including Mobility, Connectivity, Cloud, Hosting, Security, Unified Communications, and IoT.
The ability to successfully demonstrate differentiation from competitors through solution selling, driving revenue, margin and retention within both mobile and converged is crucial when helping to deliver business outcomes that meet the customer goals and grow Vodafone's revenue.
Daily you will be delivering commercially responsible decisions in every interaction ensuring the needs of the customer and Vodafone are met and driving NPS improvement through end to end customer experience.

Who You Are
The ideal candidate will have proven sales experience which is essential for this role:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and an appetite for continuous learning and development as a sales professional.
A passion for technology and digitisation
Demonstrative record of working within a team, understanding how collaboration with others can accomplish objectives.
Understanding that the quality and timeliness of the work you produce will reflect on the effectiveness of the team.
Ability to understand customer needs and build long lasting relationships with customers and a passion for doing so.
An understanding of P&L would be beneficial
