We have an exciting role for a Client Manager in our Norwich office.
As a Client Manager you will manage a portfolio of mixed clients to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. You will be reviewing and reporting on account performance, undertaking regular client visits and promoting positive client engagement.

About The Client Manager Role

We have an exciting role for a Client Manager in our Norwich office.
As a Client Manager you will manage a portfolio of mixed clients to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. You will be reviewing and reporting on account performance, undertaking regular client visits and promoting positive client engagement.
Key responsibilities of a Client Manager will include:
- you will support and grow the account and the client base and seek business development opportunities, across the multi service lines TC Group offer and to provide services to best serve the clients
- actively manage the portfolio, including WIP management and debtor management to ensure lock up and other KPI’s are met, ensuring client deadlines are met
- Assisting in the management of the office, managing your own team
- Continually networking to win new business
We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
- ACA/ACCA or qualified by experience, with significant demonstrable experience within an accountancy practice background
- you must have a good standard of accounting and tax knowledge
- previous experience of developing and growing client accounts is advantageous
- to be successful, you will be personable with excellent communication skills and able to develop strong client & team relationships
- you should be proficient in MS Office / highly PC literate, along with sound accounting system knowledge. Iris software experience would be beneficial.
- must be extremely organised and flexible, with a positive, solutions based perspective
- be open to developing team methods and skills
