Job Summary / Purpose
The role of the Clerical Bank Worker is to provide clerical assistance and data entry support to various departments such as Employment Services/Accounts Payable in order to contribute to the delivery of an efficient, effective and customer-focussed service. - IT Literate and sound knowledge of Microsoft Office software
- Previous experience of administration or customer services (including work experience as a student)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work within and contribute to the team
- Good keyboard and telephone skills
- Ability to seek help and guidance when required or if problems occur
- Good planning and organisational skills
