We believe in development and training opportunities for our staff and are looking to recruit an extremely organised, highly motivated and passionate clerical officer to support the clinical team.
Main duties of the job
The purpose of this post is to provide an efficient and comprehensive administrative service within the Community Resource Team (CRT). Acts as the first point of contact for telephone communication for the CRT. The post holder will work within the Conwy CRT (Abergele, Colwyn Bay, Llandudno, Llandudno Junction & Llanwrst) alongside District Nurses, Therapy Services, Local Authority colleagues and Voluntary Sector to provide a seamless administrative service to the Multidisciplinary Teams.
The Clerical Officer is required to work accurately and independently, within guidelines after training. Using their own initiative and judgement, rather than supervised, deciding when necessary to consult their manager. All duties must be carried out in accordance with Departmental and Health Board Policy.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
