About The Role:
Days of Working: Monday to Friday
Are you passionate about maintaining cleanliness and ensuring impeccable standards in a busy venue?
As a Cleaning Supervisor you will oversee the effective supervisory and safety concerns when it comes to daily operations on site within the cleaning department and team. You will facilitate the duties and tasks of the cleaning operatives to ensure compliance to regulations, site and contract requirements and client reasonable requests.

About The Role:

Are you passionate about maintaining cleanliness and ensuring impeccable standards in a busy venue?
As a Cleaning Supervisor you will oversee the effective supervisory and safety concerns when it comes to daily operations on site within the cleaning department and team. You will facilitate the duties and tasks of the cleaning operatives to ensure compliance to regulations, site and contract requirements and client reasonable requests.
As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Rota management including covering dropped shifts
- HR support including sickness management, management of team performance, investigations and payroll
- To maintain a safe working environment for all client staff, customers, tenants and your colleagues as per the contract Cleaning Operating Instructions
- Ensuring compliance folders are up to date (RAMS, COSHH etc)
- Attend management meetings where required
- Responding to Cleaning related incidents
- Acting as the Cleaning lead when the OCS Management are not on site, role model.
- Must have Right to Work in the UK
- Strong people management skills
- Good attention to detail and high standards of work
- Strong communication skills - essential for client liaison
