In this role, you will ensure a safe working environment by complying with all company health and safety policies and procedures. You will support the management of Timegate processes and ensure the appropriate level of staff is maintained in line with contract specifications.

As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Ensure a safe working environment is maintained through compliance with all company health & safety policies and procedures.
  • To support the Domestic Manager to provide high-quality cleaning, to patients, staff, and visitors, maintaining a clean and safe environment, in an efficient and safe manner in accordance with the specification. These duties may be carried out, both in patient and non-patient environments.
  • Support the management of Timegate processes.
  • To provide direction, guidance, and support to ensure the necessary duties are carried out to maintain a clean and hygienic environment within the hospital and associated areas.
  • You will be expected to manage, train and develop your team. You will perform these duties in a professional manner and strive to exceed customer expectations.
  • Ensure appropriate level of staff are in line with contract specification.

The Ideal Candidate Should Meet The Following Criteria

  • Must have Right to Work in the UK.
  • An enhanced DBS will be completed for the successful candidate.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Word and Excel.
  • Desirable to have an understanding of COSHH and working in similar environments.
  • An understanding of following H&S rules and its importance.
