This is a Monday-to-Friday role, where you will beresponsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness across the facility,including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and waste disposal. The idealcandidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and the abilityto work independently.

What You’ll Do
- Support daily cleaning operations with full knowledge of site areas, maintaining high hygiene, health, and safety standards.
- Follow all statutory regulations and company policies, including correct use of cleaning systems and wearing the designated uniform.
- Manage and secure cleaning stock, ensuring safe storage, proper stock rotation, and equipment is safe, serviced, and fit for use.
- Report faults, issues, and customer feedback promptly, taking appropriate action or escalating as needed.
- Maintain regular communication with the Cleaning Supervisor and respond to reasonable management requests.
- Promote staff welfare and teamwork by attending effective staff meetings and supporting a positive work environment.
- Previous experience in cleaning and working as part of a team
- Strong ability to enhance personal effectiveness through leadership, motivation, communication, coaching, and training
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, clients, and colleagues at all levels
