Class 2 Driver

Pay Rate: £30,278.37

Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)

Shift patterns: Monday-Friday, starting between 5:30am-7am

Location: Glasgow - PA4 8YT

DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business is seeking a Class 2 HGV Driver to play a vital role in our distribution service.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:

• Multi-Drop delivery to other sites, building sites and directly to customers houses
• Delivery of tiles, bathroom + kitchen equipment
• All products to be delivered on pallets - up to 12kg in weight
• Working with an Electronic Pump Truck to load/unload
• Some handballing required
• Drive in a safe and efficient manner in line with Drivers' Hours and Working Time Directive regulations
• Comply with our health and safety standards at all times, ensuring adherence to The Highway Code, road safety rules and vehicle regulations
  
  
  

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

We'd love to hear from you if you have the following experience but don't hesitate to apply if you don't tick every box on this page - we're great at spotting talent and potential in everyone:

• Hold a valid HGV Class 2 Driving Licence (C), Driver CPC Qualification and Digital Tachograph Card
• You must have at least 1 year Class 2 driving experience
