Claims Service Manager

Salary: Circa £40,000 - £45,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)

A bit about the job


We’re looking for a Claims Service Manager to help shape how we support our strategic clients. This role is all about proactive account management, continuous improvement, and delivering high-quality service. You’ll work closely with key partners, brokers, internal teams, and senior stakeholders to ensure we meet our clients’ needs. It’s a great opportunity to make a real impact in a collaborative, client-focused environment.


Skills we’re looking for

  • Experience building strong client relationships in a service-led role
  • Confident communicator with great negotiation and influencing skills
  • Ability to manage complex client scenarios and offer expert advice
  • A track record of driving process improvements and delivering strategic plans
  • Knowledge of home claims or the insurance industry is a plus

  • Starting salary circa £40,000 - £45,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
