Overview

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced insurance professional to join our dynamic and fast-paced tasked focus team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive service and support to a prestigious client, with a primary focus on claims management. Working alongside a team of dedicated handlers, you will ensure that the client's insurance needs are met to the highest standards.

This is a unique and specialised position that involves direct interaction with the client's employees and properties, administering claims within their deductible and following their specific procedures. The role offers a wide range of responsibilities and presents an exciting opportunity for professional growth.

How You'll Make An Impact

  • Offer appropriate technical advice to clients throughout the duration of the claim (full training will be provided)
  • Build and maintain your market, insurance, legislation and other technical knowledge.
  • Efficiently running claims and keeping the system updated with all relevant information.
  • Balance your workload in order to service the client promptly and expertly.
  • Ensure that claims statistics are accurate and produced in accordance with contracted service level agreements.

About You

  • Experience within a claim’s role will be ideal, but we are happy to consider candidates with insurance exposure.
  • Strong customer service drive along with good planning and analytical skill is essential.
  • Ability to spot potential risks and seek advice when required. Application of due diligence and process adherence accompanied by high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills and will take initiative when assisting team members.
  • Aware of FCA regulations such as GDPR/Consumer Duty.
  • Proficient in MS Office/Excel.
  • Eligible to work in the UK.
