We are seeking a talented individual to join our Claims team at Marsh Commercial. This role will be based in our Leeds, Bristol or Glasgow offices. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. The successful candidate will proactively manage a portfolio of predominantly Commercial Claims, ensuring service delivery aligns with client expectations while maintaining effective communication with various stakeholders throughout the claims process.

We will count on you to:
- Advocate for clients during the claims process, ensuring their interests are properly represented.
- Proactively manage an allocated caseload.
- Ensure all client requests and queries are dealt with promptly and accurately.
- Provide claims advice to clients, managing expectations and keeping them informed of all necessary developments.
- Commercial Claims experience is essential.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to influence and build relationships.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Construction/Property/Motor/Liability claims knowledge.
- Ability to prioritise and organise own workload.
