Church Advocacy Coordinator

Location: Office-Based, Fleet, Hampshire, GU51 2UT | Hours: Full-time (35 hours per week)
Are you passionate about engaging churches and inspiring action to release children from poverty in Jesus’ name? Compassion UK is looking for a Church Advocacy Specialist (Internal Job Title) to build meaningful relationships with church partners and coordinate volunteer speakers to share our mission.
What You’ll Do:
Manage a portfolio of church partners, securing and coordinating speaking engagements.
Identify and engage the most suitable Church Advocacy Speakers.
Ensure resources are delivered and follow up on post-event outcomes.
Collaborate with teams to enhance church engagement strategies.
Uphold and promote Compassion UK’s Christian ethos and values.
What You’ll Bring:
Proven success in a target-driven sales role, exceeding performance goals.
Confident in outbound calling and stakeholder engagement.
Strong listening and persuasive communication skills.
Highly organised, with effective workload management.
Data-driven mindset to analyse insights and inform strategies.
Understanding of UK churches, their structures, and denominational differences.
Fluent in English, with strong written and numerical skills.
Bonus Skills (Not Essential):
CRM experience | Volunteer & coaching experience | Public speaking | Church setting experience
