The Inverto Chief of Staff will serve as a strategic advisor to the Global CEO, driving key initiatives, ensuring global alignment with BCG, and enhancing regional Management Teams' effectiveness. They will also facilitate cross-functional collaboration and oversee critical projects to support Inverto's global growth and operational excellence.

How You'll Impact.

Strategic Planning and Execution. As Chief of Staff, you will partner with the Inverto CEO and regional senior leadership (Management Team, Managing Directors and Corporate Function Directors, Head Ofs) to develop and implement strategic plans, ensuring alignment with Inverto's global guardrails and targets. Further you will track progress and outcomes of strategic initiatives and adjust as needed.

Executive Level Thought Partnership. You will act as a sounding board for the global senior leadership on strategic decisions, critical business matters, as well as internal and external communications. This will also but not only include preparation of briefing materials and presentations for meetings and public appearances, structuring and execution of Inverto key meetings on behalf of the CEO.

Cross-Functional Orchestration. You facilitate effective communication and collaboration between departments, ensuring cross-functional teams are aligned and working towards shared objectives. Additionally, you manage executive meetings, including setting agendas, ensuring follow-up on action items and maintaining accountability.

Strategic Project Management. Leading and managing special projects, programs, and initiatives globally, including global international expansion efforts, new service development, and organizational restructuring on a global scale are part of your role.

Senior Stakeholder Management. You develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at Inverto and BCG. When needed you represent the CEO in meetings and communications.

Business Monitoring. You will provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support decision-making processes. To provide regular updates to the senior leadership team of all Inverto regions, you develop dashboards in close alignment with respective departments and reports to monitor the performance of key initiatives.

What You'll Bring.

You successfully completed your Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; the completion of an MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

You have a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, or a similar role, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or Chief of Staff role.

You show a proven track record of working closely with C-level executives and managing complex, cross-functional projects in a global setting.

Your strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, go hand-in-hand with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.

Your high level of integrity, discretion and emotional intelligence, together with your exceptional communication complete your interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

You have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
