This is an excellent opportunity for a talented, enthusiastic and innovative individual to join Gwent police and work closely with Chief Officers in improving performance and service delivery. You will have a positive approach to delivering high levels of performance as well a strong track record in operational policing.

You are required to evidence three of the competencies within the Competency and Values Framework (CVF) at Level 2 (500 maximum words per competency). The competency areas required are as follows:
