Chief Executive Officer
Boingboing Foundation

About Boingboing Foundation
We are Boingboing Foundation, a charity established in June 2021 as a sustainability vehicle for the world’s first Resilience Revolution in Blackpool. Acting as a Community Co-research Hub from our main base in Blackpool, our vision is a society free from systemic inequity, shaped by those most affected by injustice.
Over our initial 4 years in operation, Boingboing Foundation (BBF) has established itself as a reliable and impactful force for the future in the community co-research space. We are key partners in several significant health inequalities projects in the North West such as Blackpool’s Health Determinants Research Collaboration and Coastal Communities and Creative Health project.
As we look ahead to our next phase of development, we are taking the opportunity to reorganise our team structure. Significantly, and excitingly, this means we are looking for our first CEO to lead the charity, whilst remaining resolute in our value of and commitment to approaches which respect the principles of ‘co’.
The role
Building on this strong start, we are now looking for a dynamic CEO to galvanise and grow our impact, and expand our reach across the North West. As a collective, we have identified our strategic priorities for the next three years and we are looking for someone to spearhead these developments, maximise opportunities for the Foundation and drive income generation to support them.
