Eurest is looking for an experienced and passionate Chef Manager to lead the catering operation at our prestigious Spirax Sarco site in Cheltenham. Eurest is looking for an experienced and passionate Chef Manager to lead the catering operation at our prestigious Spirax Sarco site in Cheltenham. Key Responsibilities
- Provide a high-quality and consistent lunch service for this prestigious client site.
- Lead by example in the preparation, presentation, and service of all food in line with Eurest and brand standards.
- Ensure full compliance with Food Safety, Health & Safety, and Hygiene regulations across kitchen and front-of-house operations.
- Maintain and update all Food Safety and H&S documentation to an audit-ready standard.
- Manage, train, and develop the catering team to deliver excellence in food quality, customer service, and compliance.
- Oversee menu planning, delivering seasonal, cost-effective, and customer-focused dishes.
- Control and monitor stock, wastage, and portion management to achieve targeted GP and budget expectations.
- Proven experience as a Chef Manager within contract catering or a high-volume foodservice operation.
- Strong culinary skills and a genuine passion for fresh food and quality service.
- Confident leader with excellent communication and team-motivation abilities.
- Highly organised with a solid understanding of GP control, stock management, and compliance standards.
