Chef Manager Cheltenham

Salary: £36,213 per annum

Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

Location: Cheltenham – Prestigious Client Site

Eurest is looking for an experienced and passionate Chef Manager to lead the catering operation at our prestigious Spirax Sarco site in Cheltenham. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated culinary professional who thrives in a high-quality, customer-focused environment and enjoys the benefits of a Monday–Friday schedule.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a high-quality and consistent lunch service for this prestigious client site.
  • Lead by example in the preparation, presentation, and service of all food in line with Eurest and brand standards.
  • Ensure full compliance with Food Safety, Health & Safety, and Hygiene regulations across kitchen and front-of-house operations.
  • Maintain and update all Food Safety and H&S documentation to an audit-ready standard.
  • Manage, train, and develop the catering team to deliver excellence in food quality, customer service, and compliance.
  • Oversee menu planning, delivering seasonal, cost-effective, and customer-focused dishes.
  • Control and monitor stock, wastage, and portion management to achieve targeted GP and budget expectations.


About You

  • Proven experience as a Chef Manager within contract catering or a high-volume foodservice operation.
  • Strong culinary skills and a genuine passion for fresh food and quality service.
  • Confident leader with excellent communication and team-motivation abilities.
  • Highly organised with a solid understanding of GP control, stock management, and compliance standards.
