Swinton Estate is situated in the Yorkshire Dales and is one of the largest privately owned estates in England. Constantly developing we boast Swinton Park, a luxury traditional castle hotel with 42 bedrooms, three holiday cottages and award-winning Samuel’s Restaurant; a luxurious country club and spa including the contemporary Terrace Restaurant; Swinton Bivouac a glamping site with tree lodges, yurts and café, and last but by no means least the Swinton cookery school.



Duties Include

• Preparing food using ingredients from our 4-acre walled garden, the wider estate and other local producers.
• Working under the guidance of and reporting to our Executive Chef.
• Working with our team of highly skilled and motivated individuals.
• Running a section within the kitchen.
• Training and supervising junior members of the team.
  
  

Candidates Should Be

• Experienced at Chef de Partie level in a busy kitchen environment.
• Guest focused.
• Highly motivated with a can-do attitude.
• Able to communicate effectively with team members.
• Focused on providing excellent customer service.
• Committed to a high standard of food delivery.
• Knowledgeable of health and safety, food safety and risk assessments.
• Qualified to Level 2 in food safety.
• Ambitious to succeed and progress in your career.
