Pearly Cow & No.1 York, By GuestHouse, are now looking to recruit a superstar a Chef de Partie to support in the daily workings of our kitchen, making us the go to foodie destination in York.
Our Pearly Cow restaurant is devoted to respecting what thrives nearby – the herds, breeds, crops, and catches that sum up the area’s flavour. The produce of land and sea we source is strictly the best – the wildest. On the menu, there’s raw and light and smoky and deep. We keep it simple to put nature first.
The Job
Taking the lead in your own section, you’ll be responsible for preparing, cooking and plating a variety of dishes showcasing our amazing restaurant and hotel.

Salary: £30,160 (plus TRONC)
Hours: 45 hours a week.
Contract: Full time (45 Hours – No split shifts)
