You already know us.
The red and white stripes.
The buzz of the dining room.
The nostalgia, the stories, the unmistakable energy of a place where it’s always Friday.
From the invention of Loaded Potato Skins to the unmistakable flair of Fridays hospitality, we’ve always done things our way — bold, passionate, and full of flavour.
Now we’re looking for chefs who don’t just cook — they perform.
This Isn’t Just a Job – It’s Your Stage
At TGI Fridays, we don’t just hire kitchen staff — we cast culinary showstoppers.
Whether you're on the grill, working the pass, or adding the finishing touch to one of our iconic dishes, every plate you serve is a performance — and every service is a standing ovation waiting to happen.
With us, you'll master your craft, bring your personality to the kitchen, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment that rewards authenticity, teamwork, and flair.
If you bring the heat, we’ll bring the training, support, and career progression.
Your Role – On With The Show
Backstage Perks
Who We Are
We’re proud to celebrate every stripe — whatever makes you, you.
Inclusion and individuality are at the heart of Fridays. Our “Pridays” programme and inclusive initiatives support LGBTQ+ rights, gender equity, accessibility, and more. We believe you shouldn’t have to fit in — you should feel like you belong.
“No one ever made a difference by being like everyone else.” – P.T. Barnum
Ready to Join the Show?
If you're over school-leaving age and ready to be part of a cast where craft meets celebration, teamwork becomes theatre, and joy takes centre stage — step into the kitchen.
Lights up. Curtain call. Chef coats on.
Apply now — and let’s make some theatre (and a little mess).
