As Grosvenor’s Head Chef, your role is pivotal in transforming our kitchen into a centre of culinary excellence. You’ll meticulously plan and organise the kitchen for seamless operation. Ensuring it is stocked with fresh ingredients and equipped with necessary tools is key to your success along with coaching and motivating your team, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment where everyone excels to the highest standards. .

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you’ll need:

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef
• Demonstratable background in innovative menu/design & creation
• Experience of leading a team and building a high performing culture
