We are seeking a dynamic individual to improve the footwear opportunity at DTC by driving consistency and efficiency across the region. This role involves encouraging a DTC point of view during the planning process, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment with both short- and long-term objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in merchandising, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for driving business growth in a fast-paced environment.

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Deliver business targets (volume, gross margin, style efficiency) for DTC Footwear.
- Collaborate with the EMEA DTC team to define regional needs across E-commerce, Full Price Retail, Outlets, and Marketplace.
- Drive the planning process from a “bottoms up perspective” to align with sales and merchandising objectives.
- Liaise with Global DTC Merchandising and input into seasonal DTC Assortments.
- Represent DTC needs across the EMEA Merchandising organization and at key global achievement meetings.
- Lead merchandising tasks aligned to critical metrics and maintain EMEA assortment info.
- Travel to markets for research and product feedback (may include weekends/unsociable hours).
- Brief product ideas for category growth and handle the seasonal GTM process.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key Global and Regional team members.
- Share monthly DTC updates with cross-functional teams, emphasizing metrics, opportunities, and challenges.
- Proven experience in either a merchandising/buying or product management role.
- Relevant experience preferably within a footwear (movement) focused environment.
- Passionate about sports or athletics products.
- Proven experience in collaboration across different teams.
- Knowledgeable about global consumer trends and key brands/retailers.
- Strong presentation and communication skills (confident presenting in front of large audiences).
- Product briefing: effectively communicate consumer needs, design specifications, and financial requirements.
- Managing relations across different cultural nuances within EMEA and Globally.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and achieve all merchandising achievements.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, proficient with key financial and merchandising metrics.
- Team player with high-level organizational skills.
- Willing and able to travel internationally frequently.
