We’re seeking a confident, proactive and client-focused Change & Delivery Business Analyst to join our growing Professional Services team. In this hybrid role, you will act as the key liaison between clients and delivery teams, ensuring that business needs are clearly understood, properly documented and effectively translated into technical and operational solutions.
This role goes beyond gathering requirements. You will be instrumental in defining the "as-is" and "to-be" business states, ensuring outcomes align with strategic goals rather than assumed solutions. Working across multiple stakeholders, you will be pivotal in facilitating process change, supporting implementation and enabling successful transformation delivery.
The role will involve occasional travel to OneAdvanced and client sites which may require overnight stays.

What You Will Do
Requirements Gathering & Analysis
- Collaborate with clients to deeply understand current business processes and desired future states.
- Elicit, validate and document business and functional requirements using appropriate methodologies.
- Challenge assumptions to distinguish between client “wants” and underlying business “needs.”
- Create clear visualisations of current and future workflows using industry-standard modelling tools (e.g. BPMN).
- Create and maintain comprehensive and accessible documentation (Business Requirements, traceability, risks and issue logs) throughout the change lifecycle.
- Support the design and delivery of practical solutions in collaboration with architects, engineers and delivery teams.
- Ensure solutions are technically feasible and aligned with business goals and delivery constraints.
- Build strong relationships across client and internal stakeholder groups including business users, product owners, project managers and technical teams.
- Manage expectations through clear, consistent communication and alignment of scope and objectives.
- Identify change impacts, risks and resistance areas; develop mitigation plans to support adoption.
- Partner with change managers to design effective communication, training, and support strategies.
- Provide regular progress updates and clear reporting on requirement status, change impacts, and delivery risks.
- Act as a key communicator between business and technical teams, ensuring clarity and alignment at all stages.
Essential
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Demonstrable experience in business analysis or change roles within professional services or consulting environments.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to influence and engage a variety of audiences.
- Skilled in requirements elicitation techniques (e.g. workshops, interviews, user stories).
- Proficiency in process modelling and mapping tools (e.g. Visio, BPMN).
- Solid understanding of change delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and project governance frameworks.
- Business acumen across multiple sectors/regulatory environments.
- Experience with digital transformation or IT change programmes (e.g. Cloud migration, M365 implementations).
- Knowledge of tools like ServiceNow, Azure DevOps or equivalent platforms.
- Change Management certification (e.g. Prosci, APMG) is an advantage.
- Previous experience working in a managed services or multi-client environment.
