CFO PE Backed Business Services

Marks Sattin Executive Search has an exciting opportunity for an experienced CFO to join a rapidly growing PE-Backed B2B business.

In this pivotal role, the CFO will work in close partnership with the CEO and a highly supportive Private Equity firm, taking on a leadership position to drive the business's financial strategy during a critical phase of growth. The CFO will be instrumental in aligning financial operations with the private equity firm's ambitious objectives, steering the business through a well-planned period of strategic growth and value creation. This includes executing on growth initiatives, optimising financial performance, and preparing the business for a successful exit in the near future.

The role offers a unique opportunity to have a significant impact on the business's trajectory while working alongside an experienced and motivated management team.

The Ideal Candidate

• A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, ACMA).
• Experience of being a CFO in a PE-Backed business; scaling up and taking it through an exit.
• A high level of motivation, a "can do" attitude and a willingness to be involved at all levels.
• A capable communicator, able to make decisive decisions, implement them, and present to investors and shareholders.
