Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) - 13179

AS A CERTIFIED SURGICAL TECHNOLOGIST (CST), you would be responsible and accountable for sorting, assembling, and handing surgical instruments and supplies throughout the preoperative period. The Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) provides patient care and performs appropriate segments of the prescribed medical regime for an assigned group of patients and effectively interacts within patients, significant others, and other health care team workers while maintaining standards of care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of approved Surgical Technology Program required
• Previous perioperative experience preferred
• Surgical Technologist Certification required
• Healthcare Provider (CPR) certification within 6 months of start in department/position
