Night Catering Supervisor – Hull

Hourly Rate: £12.98 + 65p/hour weeknight enhancement + £1.05/hour weekend night enhancement

Hours: 37.5 hours per week (5 over 7, including weekends)

Must be 18 or over

Own transport essential – location not accessible by public transport

We’re looking for a motivated and passionate Night Catering Supervisor to join our dedicated Eurest team at a high-profile workplace restaurant in Hull.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading and supporting a team to deliver outstanding food and service during night shifts
• Preparing fresh, high-quality food to company and safety standards
• Acting as the key point of contact for team members and customers
• Ensuring service runs smoothly, efficiently, and in line with KPIs
• Upholding Health & Safety and food hygiene standards at all times
• Coaching and developing team members to perform at their best
• Representing the Eurest brand with pride and professionalism
  
  
  

What we’re looking for:

• A genuine passion for food and hospitality
• At least 2 years’ experience in a catering or hospitality role
• Proven experience supervising or leading a team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Basic Food Hygiene Certificate (Level 2) – or willingness to obtain
• A proactive attitude, ready to lead from the front and make a difference
