Job Advert: Catering Project Manager (Fixed Term)

Location: St Mary’s Academy and Christ the King Catholic Academy

Contract: 6-Month Fixed Term Contract

Hours: 40 hours per week, 4 days per week

Salary: €35,000 per annum

Minimum Age Requirement: 18 years

Sodexo is recruiting a Catering Project Manager to lead operations across two school sites. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced business or operations manager with a passion for quality food service, client satisfaction, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily catering operations to meet service standards
  • Lead, support, and develop a team of 10 staff
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and allergen standards
  • Monitor financial performance including labour, goods, and expenses
  • Build strong client relationships and drive contract satisfaction
  • Deliver food quality and service aligned with client expectations
  • Implement innovative and efficient processes across operations

Candidate Profile

  • Strong operational and team leadership experience
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Sound financial understanding and computer literacy
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results
  • Flexible, motivated, and committed to high standards
