We are recruiting Care Workers for our Domiciliary Care and Supported Living Services in the Tonbridge and Royal Tunbridge Wells areas in Kent.
You will be required to support elderly and other vulnerable adults who have Learning Disabilities and/or mental health challenges to live as independently as possible in their homes or in our Supporter Living services.
Your ultimate goal is to safeguard and support the Service User whilst they are in our care, following the procedures in place to safeguard them. You will attend to any arising Service User queries, complaints, and challenges, including maintaining accurate, confidential and up-to-date documentation on all cases of safeguarding.
Hours of Supported Living work will be allocated on a shift basis, covering day shifts, sleep-ins and waking night shifts.
