  • Inspire Change that Lasts: You’ll help shape care practice nationally by updating policies, analyzing quality data, and providing practical support across local and regional homes.
  • A Trusted Expert: Being the go-to expect for practical advice, you’ll support our teams through medication management, regulatory compliance, care planning and dementia care.
  • Team Collaboration: Working alongside District Managers to identify and manage risk at a service and individual resident level through hands on practical support.
  • Implement Dementia Strategy: Working with Care Quality and Operations, you’ll help drive our dementia strategy across the country—sharing what works, building dementia-friendly pathways, and supporting colleagues to deliver compassionate, effective care.

Who are we looking for?

  • Care Quality Champion: You know what it takes to deliver outstanding care and have a passion for coaching and developing others.
  • Regulation Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of CQC Quality Statements, Health & Social Care Act (08,12,14), Mental Capacity Act (05) & DoLS

  • Supportive Collaborator: You build strong relationships with colleagues and take a supportive, professional approach to driving high standards.
  • Detail-Oriented: Able to evaluate service quality and articulate findings clearly and professionally.
  • Clear Communicator: You can translate complex findings into accessible, solution-focused reports that inspire action and change.
