Role Overview
- Location: Cambridge, Cambridgeshire
- Pay: £15.20 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay – clearly itemised on payslips)
- Shifts Available: Day and Night shifts
- Contract Type: Zero Hours Contract – with consistent rostering to ensure continuity for both staff and clients

- Safe and Supported Practice – we ensure staff have manageable workloads, regular supervision, and safeguarding training to keep you and those you care for safe.
- Previous experience in complex care (tracheostomy, PEG, ventilation, seizure management) desirable — full training provided
- A genuine passion for person-centred care and community-based working
- Experience supporting children and/or adults with complex health needs (preferred but not essential)
- Empathy, emotional intelligence, and a strong desire to make a difference
