About The Role

As a Home Care Worker, you will be the most important part in the success of this new business, you will be visiting clients with a wide range of care needs, always delivering care with dignity, respect, and attention to detail. You will travel between clients' homes throughout your shift, providing person-centred care that supports comfort, wellbeing, and independence.

What You'll Be Doing

• Providing high-quality personal care in clients' homes
• Supporting with medication and accurate documentation
• Assisting with meal preparation and hydration
• Offering companionship and emotional support
• Working independently or within a paired team where required
• Travelling between clients throughout your shift
• Delivering care tailored to individual needs, preferences, and goals
  
  

We support clients with a range of needs, including long-term conditions, and palliative support.

Essential

What You Need

• Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Compassion, reliability, and commitment to excellent care
  
  

Desirable

• 3+ months paid UK care experience

Flexible Working Options

We offer full-time and part-time hours, with weekday and weekend shifts available. Shifts are allocated based on client needs and your availability.
