Campaign & Partner Success Manager

Job Description

As a Campaign & Partner Success Manager, you’ll own the full lifecycle of advertising campaigns across our suite of apps — from planning and setup to execution, optimization, and post-campaign reporting.

You are responsible for delivering best-in-class service, performance, and communication throughout each campaign.

You will serve as the key internal driver of campaign and partnership success while being a trusted partner to clients and sales.

This role blends end-to-end campaign management, data-driven performance optimization, and proactive partner success to maximize the impact and long-term value of our advertising partnerships.

This role is planned for fixed-term contract.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-end campaign management

  • Plan, launch, and manage multi-format campaigns across Digital+ apps
  • Coordinate asset creation, content creation, QA, targeting setup, and trafficking
  • Optimize campaigns according to partner KPIs using tools like GAM
  • Monitor pacing, flag delivery risks early, and problem-solve in real time
  • Run post-campaign reporting, ensuring learnings are shared and actioned

Client-facing partner success & enablement

  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with partners
  • Be the campaign expert and problem-solver, ensuring partners feel supported and heard
  • Share regular performance updates, actionable insights, and strategic recommendations
  • Drive retention by delivering an excellent partner experience throughout the campaign lifecycle

Performance tracking & insight sharing

  • Track key metrics (ctr, engagement, conversion, delivery) and provide strategic input
  • Document campaign learnings, wins, and best practices
  • Work with analytics to extract insights and support test outcomes

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in digital campaign management, client delivery, or ad operations
  • Hands-on experience with tools like GAM, Firebase, Meta Ads, and Google Ads
  • Solid understanding of media performance metrics and optimization levers
  • Strong organizational skills — able to manage multiple campaigns and timelines seamlessly
  • Proven ability to juggle deadlines, priorities, and partner needs without dropping the ball
  • Clear, proactive communicator who can tailor messaging to different audiences (Sales, Partners, Tech)
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality delivery
  • Proactive and solutions-oriented — you anticipate issues, surface ideas, and take initiative
  • Problem-solving mindset — comfortable assessing challenges and collaborating cross-functionally to resolve them
  • Analytical thinker with the ability to interpret campaign data and draw actionable insights
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, lookups)
  • Experience with analytics and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, QuickSight, Looker) is a plus.
