Are you ready to be an essential part of a dynamic Conference & Events team? We are looking for a motivated and organised Conference & Events Supervisor to help deliver a professional, efficient service that delights our clients and customers every time.

In this role, you will work closely with your line manager and team to ensure smooth operations, support excellent customer relationships, and contribute to continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Supporting your line manager in maintaining strong, positive relationships with clients and customers, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Communicating regularly with customers to keep them informed and ensure satisfaction.
  • Helping the team deliver food and beverage services that meet our brand standards with a focus on quality and innovation.
  • Managing daily team workflow including scheduling, sickness monitoring, and organising cover during busy periods.
  • Leading by example through professionalism, positive attitude, and high standards of service.
  • Inducting new and casual team members to ensure they are confident and prepared.
  • Collaborating with other departments to maintain smooth operations.
  • Acting promptly to address any performance issues and sharing best practices to enhance team effectiveness.
  • Upholding health and safety standards by completing required training and promoting a safe working environment.
