We are actively seeking applications from individuals keen to take up a career within one of Europe’s leading food processing companies. This is an opportunity to join a well-established Butchery team as an Apprentice on a 12-to-14-month programme.
By completing this programme, you will become a qualified Butcher (specialising in beef) who will be able to use these skills within our business. You will receive a tailored training plan, mentor support and as part of this, will complete a nationally recognised L2 Professional Butchery qualification.
After your apprenticeship you can progress your career in Butchery and increase your earning potential, with the opportunity to complete further qualifications, or to progress your leadership skills.
Responsibilities
The candidate we are looking for will:

Responsibilities
- Ensure product is processed according to Customer specifications
- Ensure work is carried out to the best of your abilities to meet production deadlines
- Maintain skills and keep up to date with best practice and butchery standards
- Work as part of a team and take responsibility for own work
- Comply with Company policies, H&S and Food Safety Standards at all times.
