Summary:
This dynamic role is a blend of proactive Personal Assistant (PA) support, operational management, and project coordination, ensuring smooth daily business operations. The ideal candidate will be organised, adaptable, and skilled at managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
The Role:
PA Support:
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and handle communications.
- Arrange both domestic and international travel, ensuring seamless logistics.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership.
Operations:
- Oversee office workflows and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Manage resources effectively and contribute to continuous process improvements.
Project Assistance:
- Support various ad-hoc projects, including research, document preparation, stakeholder coordination, and execution.
Additional Duties:
- Maintain and ensure compliance with corporate records management and filing standards.
- Prepare and distribute documents across MS Office platforms (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Provide support and coverage in the absence of team members when required.
