What We’re Looking For
- Experience: We will consider candidates from all fields with strong coordination and administration background. If you have knowledge/experience in the laboratory and decided to move to an office-based role or have interest/knowledge of business support and would like to expand on it in a life science industry, apply!
- Project support for Services Managers
- Helping organize timelines, resources, and team collaboration.
- Managing records, tracking project progress, and preparing reports.
- Facilitating interactions between teams, clients, and leadership.
- Evaluating workplace risks, ensuring safety measures are in place, and maintaining compliance with regulations.
- Updating and optimizing procedural documentation to enhance clarity and operational efficiency.
- Identifying opportunities for process enhancements, streamlining workflows, and implementing best practices.
- Assessing financial expenditures, reducing waste, and finding ways to optimize resources without compromising quality.
- Supplier exhibition arranging and hosting
- Service cover in Stores and Lab Services department
