About the team:

The Solution Delivery Team provides project and small change capabilities to support the business's operational goals. Our Business Process Management (BPM) Development Team, a key sub-division of this team, is dedicated to delivering solutions on a low/no-code BPM platform. What you will be doing:

In this role, you will have the opportunity to play a key part in optimising business processes through effective use of business process management tools. You will use your strong communication and organisational skills to act as the vital link between business stakeholders and technical experts, supporting the end-to-end delivery of projects.

Your responsibilities will include…

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of BPM tools and features, supporting the vision for how the tool will streamline business processes.
  • Act as the main liaison between business stakeholders and the development team, gathering feedback and translating requirements into clear, actionable solutions to meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project management, testing, delivery, and training, to support the coordination and execution of projects.
  • Interpret business requirements and deliver high-quality documentation and project support, ensuring adherence to governance frameworks and sign-off procedures.
  • Write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for BPM tool features, focusing on specific business processes and desired outcomes.
  • Participate in sprint planning and review meetings, helping the development team understand backlog items, plan work effectively, and make data-driven adjustments based on feedback.
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues, using data and insights to inform decisions about BPM tool features and functionality, escalating where necessary.

  • History of working in an organisation that is highly regulated
  • Practical experience with solution delivery lifecycle coordination from concept to launch
  • Expertise in working with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts and business stakeholders essential
