About The Role

This is a dynamic, fast-paced, and people-centered position where every day is different. As Business Manager, you’ll work closely with our Sales team, supporting them by helping customers understand their finance options and additional services.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Connecting directly with customers to build finance packages that are clear, accessible, and tailored
  • Collaborating with Sales colleagues to deliver a smooth, confident and customer-first experience
  • Staying up to date with finance and insurance regulations, ensuring we always provide accurate information
  • Supporting and guiding the team through our structured ActiveSales process


We’re Looking For Someone Who

  • Has at least 1 year of experience in a Business Manager or similar automotive role
  • Brings a positive, proactive mindset and a genuine drive to succeed
  • Enjoys working with people and is confident in building trust with customers
  • Communicates clearly and respectfully, both in writing and in conversation
  • Understands finance and insurance product regulations
  • Is happy to work in a fast-moving, team-based environment
  • Holds a full UK driving licence
