Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the financial management of the school, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Manage the school’s administrative functions, including HR, facilities, and health and safety.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and school policies.
• Work closely with the Headteacher and senior leadership team to support the strategic direction of the school.
• Liaise with external stakeholders, including local authorities and suppliers.
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within an educational setting.
• Strong financial acumen and experience with financial management software.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
