BUSINESS MANAGER (IFA)
AliveDx is recruiting for an experienced Business Manager to join the Commercial team. The role is a full-time permanent position working.
YOUR MISSION
This role is responsible is responsible for driving the strategic direction, growth, and profitability of the Immunoflurecence Assay (IFA) product line (LumiQ) with the goal of exceeding top line and bottom-line objectives (revenue and EBITA). It is also responsible for overseeing and managing the product line from beginning to end and will work closely with cross-functional teams including but not limited to Business Development, Sales, Marketing, R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and Customer Support, and Commercial. You will ensure that the LumiQ product line meets market demands and maintains a competitive edge.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Product Portfolio Management: Oversee the complete lifecycle of the LumiQ IFA products within the portfolio, including development, launch, growth, and scale. Ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives and market needs.
- Market Analysis & Strategy: Conducting thorough market research to identify IFA testing trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, and developing and implementing business strategies to maximize market share and profitability.
- Budgeting & Financial Performance: Develop and manage the budget for the LumiQ product line, monitor financial performance, and implement corrective actions as necessary to meet financial targets.
- Sales & Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective go-to-market strategies, promotional plans, and sales training programs.
- Product Development & Innovation: Collaborate with R&D to identify opportunities for LumiQ product improvements and enhancements.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with our OEM partner key suppliers, customers, distributors, KOLs, and industry stakeholders.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all LumiQ products (consumables and instrument) within the portfolio are registered and comply with relevant industry regulations and standards.
- Performance Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports on the performance of the LumiQ business.
YOUR COMPETENCIES
- Relevant experience in a similar role
- Strong experience of working with the Diagnostics, Medical Device or Biotech industry
- Strong commercial and marketing skills
- Strong understanding of the diagnostic market, including trends, technologies, and regulatory environment.
- Proven experience in managing a product portfolio with demonstrated success in driving growth and profitability.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership and project management abilities, with experience managing cross-functional teams.
