THE POSITION
We’re looking for a strategic and analytical insights professional to lead the CRM franchise data-driven decision-making. In this pivotal role, you’ll be responsible for delivering high-impact insights at both strategic and operational levels, leveraging a wide range of data sources including IQVIA, NHS datasets, and market research.
You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to proactively generate actionable business insights, challenge assumptions constructively, and guide key decisions. Your expertise in advanced analytics and forecasting will support the development of robust, insight-led models that inform critical business planning across the UK and Ireland.
As a trusted advisor to the Senior Leadership Team, you’ll communicate complex data in a clear, compelling way and play a key role in fostering a culture of innovation and data-driven thinking across the organisation.

We’re looking for a strategic and analytical insights professional to lead the CRM franchise data-driven decision-making. In this pivotal role, you’ll be responsible for delivering high-impact insights at both strategic and operational levels, leveraging a wide range of data sources including IQVIA, NHS datasets, and market research.
You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to proactively generate actionable business insights, challenge assumptions constructively, and guide key decisions. Your expertise in advanced analytics and forecasting will support the development of robust, insight-led models that inform critical business planning across the UK and Ireland.

Tasks & Responsibilities
- Translate franchise strategy into actionable insight plans using secondary data (IQVIA, NHS) and primary market research.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key business questions and deliver impactful, data-driven recommendations.
- Lead end-to-end forecasting across Outlook +1 and long-term planning cycles, presenting insights to senior stakeholders.
- Develop robust, insight-led models to forecast market, class, and brand growth over 3–5 years.
- Design intuitive dashboards and visualisations, ensuring stakeholder needs are met and tools are adopted effectively.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to stay ahead of data and technology trends.
- Ensure all insight activities comply with legal, ethical, and industry standards (ABPI, IPHA, PMPCA).
- Experience in life sciences consultancy (pharmaceutical sector preferred).
- Strong analytical mindset with a track record of strategic, data-driven decision-making.
- Solid understanding of ABPI/BHBIA guidelines and NHS structures.
- Proficiency in market and competitor analysis, and working with data sources like IQVIA and NHS datasets.
- Familiarity with data platforms, systems, and warehouses to design effective insights.
- Degree in a relevant field (science, maths, economics); postgraduate qualification (e.g. MSc in analytics or informatics) is a plus.
