  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key business questions and deliver impactful, data-driven recommendations.
  • Lead end-to-end forecasting across Outlook +1 and long-term planning cycles, presenting insights to senior stakeholders.
  • Develop robust, insight-led models to forecast market, class, and brand growth over 3–5 years.
  • Design intuitive dashboards and visualisations, ensuring stakeholder needs are met and tools are adopted effectively.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to stay ahead of data and technology trends.
  • Ensure all insight activities comply with legal, ethical, and industry standards (ABPI, IPHA, PMPCA).

Requirements

  • Experience in life sciences consultancy (pharmaceutical sector preferred).
  • Strong analytical mindset with a track record of strategic, data-driven decision-making.
  • Solid understanding of ABPI/BHBIA guidelines and NHS structures.
  • Proficiency in market and competitor analysis, and working with data sources like IQVIA and NHS datasets.
