Job Description

  • Design and implement business improvement strategies.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in the industrial/manufacturing processes.
  • Provide leadership for change initiatives within the company.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of business improvement strategies with company objectives.
  • Oversee the monitoring and reporting of improvement initiatives' performance.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Contribute to the development of the company's strategic plans.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the company.


The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Improvement Director should have:

  • Relevant educational qualifications in Business Administration, Management or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business improvement or a similar role, ideally working as a Programme Director/Commercial Director/Head of Client Services
  • Strong knowledge of industrial/manufacturing processes.
  • Excellent leadership and strategic planning skills.
  • Proficiency in project management and change management.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
