Business Development Representative
Location: Newcastle NE3 – Hybrid (3–4 days per week at the Old Post Office)
Salary: Competitive Basic + Commission OTE £35,000

As a Business Development Representative, you’ll drive first contact. You’ll uncover the opportunities. You’ll spark conversations that turn into commercial success.

This is what you’ll be doing:
- Generating pipeline across manufacturers and specifiers—turning curiosity into conversations
- Running targeted outbound campaigns using phone, email, LinkedIn, and smart tech tools
- Qualifying warm leads from marketing and setting up high-value meetings for our Business Development team
- Digging into LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM data to build intelligent contact strategies
- Feeding insights into Sales and Marketing to help shape campaigns that hit
- Being a sharp, human voice of Hubexo—confident, professional, and full of energy
About You:
